We, here at Clown Coaster Racing, are all about equality and fairness to everyone in racing. DO NOT let the name of the racing company fool you as we are all about clean and safe racing with a heavy focus on driving the correct way. We believe in hard and competitive racing without the aggressive driving that you see in the official servers. If you believe in this style of driving, then this is the league for you. Our rules are posted below and everyone who is a member is required to follow all of these rules or be subject to the penalties that are listed in that section. The admin at Clown Coaster Racing hold the right to dismiss anyone from the league for continuous violations of league rules.

Standard Rules
- When a driver applies to be in the league, you will be asked to choose a number. The available numbers will be located here on the site. Make sure that you connect in with that number for the correct series when you race.
- Trading Paints is accepted in this league and we heavily encourage you to use it.
- Paint Schemes and Sponsorship - When you are accepted into the league, an admin will contact you about the sponsor that you will be running in each of the series that you wish to race. You must use this sponsor for the entire season and may not change for any reason.
- All pre-race meeting communication will be done in the Clown Coaster Racing Discord Channel. Everyone needs to be in the Discord Racing Channel for the Drivers Meeting. Team channels can be setup if drivers want to talk to teammates in discord during the race. Discord MUST be set up as Push to Talk.
- All IN-RACE communication will be done in the Iracing Channel. This channel needs to stay clear at all times during the race unless calling out wrecks, talking about move on the track, or calling out pace car information.
- All Driving Aids will be turned OFF. You must have a clutch set up with your pedals or a button on your wheel as your clutch.
Pre-Race Rules
- All Drivers MUST be in the practice session at least 20 minutes before the race begins or you will be dropped from the registered drivers.
- The mandatory DRIVERS MEETING will be conducted 10 minutes before qualifying time. Everyone will need to clear the track with 20 minutes left in practice so that we can do a pit party. The race admin will take care of all rules and penalties for the current race and current track in which we are racing. The channel is to remain open for the admin with no other chat while the meeting is taking place.
- The pit party is used so that all drivers learn the proper pace speed and procedure. The admin will announce the pace speed for each track.
Qualification and Pacing
- All entrants in the race are eligible to qualify unless they have been given an EOL or other penalty from the admin.
- Once Gridded on the track, make sure you catch up the field ASAP and get ready to pace. When pacing, you must follow the pacing speed. You need to lineup as close to the car in front of you as you can and not leave a big gap between the car in front and yourself.
- The pole sitter will go on the GREEN FLAG only.
- There is to be no changing lanes before the Start/Finish line.
- Everyone needs to start in second gear to avoid spinning tires or spinning out and creating an accident.
Rules for In-Race
- While the race is going on, the iracing channel needs to remain clear for callouts and other racing information.
- If you are the leader of a race and a caution is waved, please call out the location of the pace car for the rest of the field.
- Use your relative black box for situational awareness. Good race-craft begins and ends with you. Control your racecar and know the situation that is happening. Be aware of where lapped cars are located.
- If you are a lapped car or do not have the speed, make sure you stay out of the racing line when the lead pack or lead cars are approaching.
- If and when there is a caution, release the throttle, and do not try to race through. IRacing will sort out the positioning during the pacing laps. If you are involved in the caution and your car is unable to make it back to the pits, you must get a tow.
- During a caution that you are involved, use the break and hold it! Do not drive back up or down onto the track and do not drive into oncoming traffic. Wait for the traffic to clear and then proceed around the track.
- On restarts, the leader has the lane choice option. Driver must let everyone know before the 1 to Green signal.
- At the conclusion, do not remain on the track. Take your car around to pit lane and park the car in your pit stall. The winner of the race will be asked to stay on the track and get a picture for the website.
- There will be NO CLEARING of black flags while in the race.
Pit Lane
- Be situationally aware of what is going on in the race. Caution pitting and Green Flag pitting is completely different so know what is happening in the race. It is your responsibility to know the pit lane for each track that we race.
- Before entering the pit, use the iRacing channel to let all other cars around you know that you will be pitting. Do this on the backstretch of the lap that you are currently racing for green flag stops.
- Do not try to enter Pit Road while on the top line and dropping down at the last minute. Again be situationally aware of what is going on around you. If you cause a wreck or spin or damage while pitting, a penalty will be assessed.
- When entering pit road, make sure that you stay all the way on the right side. Stay there until you are within 4 pit stalls of your own. At this time, dive into your pit lane to begin your pit stop.
- When exiting your pit stall, again move to the right side of the road and follow the pit speed. You MUST follow the pit exit and always rejoin the race in the middle of the backstretch after the blend line. Do not move immediately into traffic and use your maps and relative screen to be situationally aware.
